Melinda Munro has acquired more than 30 years of experience as a trainer, lawyer and an advocate in a human rights, diversity, inclusion and anti-racism. She applies her acquired insight and astute perspective to develop policies and achieve measureable culture change necessary to create respectful communities.

Melinda participates as a member of the Kindness, Justice and Inclusion Consulting Collective, a group of skilled, professional women who bring their lived experience together with their years of expertise to create actionable and customized inclusion, diversity, equity and anti-racism programs for clients in the public and not-for-profit sector.
